We are looking for collaborators & consultants to join the Training & Design Consultant Team of Perspective Developing People as a freelance.
We are an international company that supports people's development through training courses, coaching and team building. With the aim to allow our clients to fully express their own talent, to enhance individual and group performancewithin organizations.
Our team is composed of trainers, coaches, designers and consultants that, supportedwith a dedicated Business Function, collaborate with client companies located worldwide, through the design and delivery of personalized courses and interventions tailored to the needs of the organizations.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
· Collaboration in the design of trainings and development paths;
· Delivery of training activities remotely and/or in person at our clients'locations;
· Managing pre and post training work with participants and clients.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for experienced professionals with more than 5 years of activity in designing programs, in presence training, online training, facilitating workshops with all levels in organization.
Our clients are international, so we need trainers able to discuss needs and deliver courses in English, other languages are welcome.
